I remember you saying that once the products leave your department that you are not longer responsible for it,but, when I received my products it was warm and starting to unthaw. I have a closed in porch that it can be placed, but, it was placed on my steps. Someone is always there when it is delivered, so I am wondering if this happened before it was delivered.
