Worth the Price- 2017 A7
My fourth Audi and wish I'd found these sooner. If you've ever had to deal with jack stands, or any jack, for your Audi, then you'll know what a hassle it is dealing with the factory inserts. Be patient when installing as you're kind of doing an Operation Game upside down. Tip: use a small piece of blue painters tape up inside the housing to hold the pin in place. It'll make it much easier.

Redesign & instructions with review
Looks like these have been recently redesigned from the more "chunky" jack blocks to these post-style blocks. Don't bother with the directions on this page, they aren't relevant with this redesign. Install is fairly straight forward. Remove shipping bolt from block, install threaded rod through block into post anchor, install into vehicle and turn threaded rod 90º, remove threaded rod and install shoulder bolt included. Some observations and tips I found out: 1 - test fit the shoulder bolts into the jack point block before trying to install. I'm not sure if it was the bolt or the machining in the block, but one of my bolts was making contact with the side of the jack block. A different shoulder bolt fixed the problem. 2 - CRANK THESE DOWN. I installed them and used them once, upon inspection after use they were all loose, each took at least another 1/4 turn Overall, this redesign doesn't instill the confidence the original design did for me. While I have no doubt these will support my RS7, the old block design just looked stronger? Also, I wish this would have at least included something about the redesign and the new installation directions. I'm pretty handy so it made sense to me, but I could see someone having some issues if they aren't somewhat mechanically inclined. I'm not a huge fan of the fact all four of these required retightening after lifting the vehicle once, we will see how they hold up and I will update here in a few months. I'm keeping these, and while they don't meet all of my expectations and I do believe there is room for improvement, it still seems like a decent enough product.

A little cost goes along way
Essential for the DIY, or just ease of getting the car on the lift. The peace of mind not needing to worry about the janky plastic/rubber pads holding, or even the pocket staying clipped in. These billet blocks remove all doubt in safely lifting your C7/.5
