NextSense Smartbuds

These earbuds are too big and the profile is too high to be comfortable as a side sleeper. I have tried 5 different kinds of sleep earbuds that are similar and these are the most uncomfortable. In addition the battery life is terrible ans they cannot last all night playing masking sounds like their competitors can.

Great Company was tremendous support, but here again, I had some issues one year didn't seem to work at all, and I couldn't get it to switch from playing sleep rounds to white noise after I fell asleep, so it fell short of some of the promises. However, the company's support team is absolutely outstanding.

Can't get it to fit and maintain connection. Apple only, no Android, says late 2026. Customer service is poor. Agent gave wrong instructions to delete incorrect sessions when it would connect momentarily... Then said it was Ari and they'd email new instructions and never did. Returning for full refund.
