I haven't used any of these knives yet. so Other thanadmiring the construction and fine edges, I can't say much.

Glad we ordered

We originally ordered just for the brisket knife, but once we started watching videos online, we said what the heck and ordered the set. Great price didn't hurt our decision either. We were going to get the Game Processing Set, but like I mentioned, we were looking for the brisket knife. The pack is perfect, from the sharp knives to the different types down to the carrying case and blade protective sleeves. Did I mention how sharp they are? Just order it already !
