Custom Where It All Began Map Print

The service and communication with Memorialize is a bit frustrating. I requested information regarding this for multiple days with generic auto reply responses being given. I requested to have a map file sent over to me, which supposedly takes 3-5 business days. When I got the file, the map quality was blurred, with the primary text also being blurry as if it was scaled up improperly. Overall, I'm not impressed, but I appreciate that the service is available.
