Pour Kap
Our pour Kap stopped being able to secure to the cup. I contacted customer service and within a couple of days and new lid was shipped. I appreciate the quick response and getting my issue resolved quickly. Thank you!

Pretty cool!
I dig on the design and that you chose the Yeti platform to build on. It results in a superior product. The only issue I see though is the cap: it isn't attached to the lid when unscrewed. Fix that, and you have a 5 star review.
