Seemed like a good quality chair. Just did not work for me. Arms keep rotating out and no way to lock in place or flip up out of the way. Returned it but they charge a fee to return the chair

Great chair

Love this chair. This is the third one in our office. Pricey but well worth it. GREAT lumbar support! very comfortable. The only thing I would change is that the arm rest pad part could be locked to one position instead of swiveling every time I get up. Should have ordered the non swivel

Amazing comfort and smooth

After using the chair, I notice that I adjust less to none, on trying to achieve a comfortable sitting position. The added low profile wheels are extremely smooth and easy to maneuver around the office. Great investment.
