Tldr: The pen is an amazing, practical writer. It's well worth it, but you should buy it at applebloom and they'll get it to you within the week with helpful updates and a biscuit thrown in. This company (pen place) has the worst customer service I have ever seen. My pen didnt even get shipped for months. Every time i contacted customer service, they wouldn't supply me with any information on why my pen was actually being delayed, and when I finally asked to cancel the order about a month later, (the pen still hadnt shipped) they randomly stopped replying to my emails. I sent 3 more emails asking to cancel before giving up, and then 2 months later, they sent the pen anyway. When I asked why they sent it, they didn't even answer my question and just told me it would arrive on Wednesday. NOT ONLY ALL OF THAT, they sent the wrong damn pen, giving me a medium nib in satin instead of the fine laquer I had paid for. Idk if the customer service line is run by AI or something because it never felt like I was talking to a human. Incredibly disappointing.
