Misleading information regarding returns

Hi there - I purchased a pair of roller blades from the Solo Inline store in Toronto (in Stack Market) on August 26th. I was told that you have a return policy of 30 days, and that I could come back to the store any time within the 30 days period to replace or return the roller blades that I purchased. However, what I was not told is that your store is a pop-up that is only open for a part of the year, and when I checked on Google it shows that the store is temporarily closed and the phone number on file keeps going to voicemail. Given that there is a charge for mail returns, I need to this situation rectified ASAP. Either you provide an option to return my purchase in-person, or you waive/refund me the shipping fees for a mail return. Please respond to me ASAP with next steps and a resolution.

There was a missing screw that holds on the brake. Other than that these are nice quality skates!
