Dragon Well (Longjing)

Brewed at 70c with first steep as a flash gradually increasing time. The liquor is thick and made me salivate m, so much umami and nutty roasted flavor with the brightness of fresh greens. I'm glad I ordered 100g because this is going to go fast in my house. Worth the wait.

Delicious. Savory, nutty, full bodied. What’s not to love about a good longjing like this? Also has surprising longevity grandpa style. I get a full infusion more than I do with many other greens.
