So far like the product. There was a piece that came with the power bank that did not fit and they sent me an entire unit replacement. I have bought several items from this company I have to say they stand behind their products!!

My Best Travel Charger

I love this charger for travel. It is solid and comes with a carry case with international adapters and usb c cable/strap. My charger started cracking so I reached out to customer support and they quickly sent a replacement unit. Thanks for the great product and outstanding customer support.
