So much better than grounding sheets and regular grounding blankets! Super comfortable as a sleeping pad and also as a cover. I sleep between 2 of these blankets: one secured over the mattress (using fitted sheets straps), and the one as a cover. The cotton is thick, plush and feels good against the skin. As it is mixed with polyester, this makes the blanket wick humidity away from the body. I prefer these thick cotton blankets to the so-called «  Plush Grounding Blankets » made of fleece on one side, with a regular grounding sheet on the other. The scratchy grounding sheet is against your skin - not the soft, plush fleece… And the sheets are known to have little durability. Therefore sleeping between these thick knitted cotton blankets is more much more comfortable than between scratchy grounding sheets and blankets. I was very happy to find these Queen-size blankets from Aarding. The ones I had bought in Canada and in the USA were smaller and did not fit my bed. Aarding provided great products, shipped them quickly and provided excellent customer service. Aarding is a great company!

I finally sleep well! It is soft and nice. Before I slentert in toilet room now finally in my bed.
