I purchased this sweet bracelet for my granddaughter to wear on her first day of kindergarten and it was 4 beads too big for her. I contacted the company and Ashley got back to me immediately to do everything she could to get the bracelet re-sized and sent back in time for the big day that was only a week away! You rarely find this type of customer service these days! Also ordered a necklace and earrings for another gift and they arrived beautifully packaged and more gorgeous than in their photos! Very impressed with this very classy company and will definitely be purchasing from them in the future!
