My first order was for three Golf polo shirts. The order was processed quickly and I received the shirts in short order. The shirts were exactly what I was hoping for i.e. excellent fabric, build quality etc. The only problem was that I wear a medium and one of the shirts was mistakenly shipped was a large. I reached out to customer service, they quickly acknowledged the error and immediately shipped me a replacement in medium. I asked how I should return the large shirt. They quickly responded that the error was their’s and not mine. They said I was free to give it to a friend. For me, this is exactly the kind of online retail store I want to conduct business with. I just ordered three more shirts. In closing, excellent value, great customer service and great looking colors. Well done DTWOOD!
