My hair is still very smooth and I only needed to touch up the regrowth since I have a natural wavy hair. I still have some leftover of the post treatment, a little goes a long way. So whenever I feel like i’m having a bad day, I substitute it for my conditioner. If you’re going to use the product by yourself, follow the instructions carefully. Also check your hair every 10-15mins, specially if you have treated hair. Or better yet, let a professional apply it for you.
