Virgin Injection Tape in Hair Extensions Black with Gray #1B/Silver/1B

They advertise that they allow easy returns/refunds. The extentions are a very dark black with minimal gray. Advertised as salt and pepper! THEY DO NOT MATCH MY HAIR. I didnt even take them out of the netting bag as i saw right away they werent a good color for me. I requested a refund and they ask me for pictures of them showing they were atill intact in orginal packaging! I submotted the pictures they ask for. Got yet another email asking for more photos! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM UNLESS YOUR PREPARED TO KEEP THEM REGARDLESS! Horrible customer service!
