Quality and craftmanship of the ring is just stunning, couldn't be happier with the ring. The only thing that I would like to mention is the lack of communication. I ordered the ring on the 17th October 2024 and after the initial order confirmation email, when I hadn't heard anything by 15th November, I emailed asking on a progress update. I didn't receive a response to the email so started an online chat and someone responded to me immediately. They said it would be sent out by the end of the week (which it was) but it felt like I had to remind them. Overall very happy with the ring though. Thank you.
