Girly Plaid Pleated Mini Skirt (Pink)

i have a bit of an odd body shape, my hips are around 105-110cm, and my waist is 75-85cm depending on the day. i bought the largest size possible simply because i wanted to make sure it would cover my butt properly, i have a reoccurring problem with skirts not being long enough at the back, luckily this one i had no issues with in that area. however, the waist is far too large and sits strangely when low waisted so i’ve been using the safety pin and ribbon to secure it as high waisted on me as possible, but it still looks a bit odd on me. my only other concern is the choice in fabric, it feels slightly scratchy/plasticy and is already starting to pile after wearing it 2 times, for the price i would expect better quality fabric and more durability from it. the construction is completely fine aside from it. its a very cute design overall, but pricey for the quality.
