Don't do what I did.

I installed the first one and it broke the ice maker. I ran the new pair of wires along the side of the ice maker as described in the video. I ended up pushing the wires to far up under the plastic and when the ice maker cycled the tynes grabbed the wires. The wires ended up being torn apart by the tynes and broke the ice maker. I ended up buying a new ice maker and a new heater kit. It has been working wonderfully ever since.

Finally

Wish I had found this years ago.. Was having to defrost out icemaker almost once a week. This has ended all my icemaker problems, thank you for developing this kit. We were on the verge of getting a new refrigerator because of the icemaker problemd. Thank you very much, Rick

Wire wrapped around ice maker teeth

I tucked the wires up and taped them. The teeter the ice maker wrapped it so tightly it broke the wire. Had to cut them and just wrap them with tape.
