Had a hiccup I initially with receiving a small box with just a cord, but a 2nd larger box arrived about an hour later. Customer service did respond quickly to my inquiry and I appreciated that as I was in panic due to it being a gift. Large pretty carousel. Plays different songs. Lights are pretty. I’m sure my son will love it.
