Schöne Reithose, schlechte Kommunikation

An sich eine super schöne Reithose, macht eine tolle Figur und fühlt sich gut an, jedoch ist meine nach nur 2 Wochen kaputt gegangen, daher bin ich von der Qualität nicht so überzeugt, sollte bei einer 140€ Reithose nicht passieren. Habe über zahlreiche Arten versucht jemanden zu erreichen seit zwei Monaten (Email, Instagram, TikTok) und es kam nie eine Antwort, sehr schade würde nicht nochmal eine kaufen, obwohl die Reithose an sich wirklich schön ist. Für die schlechte Kommunikation und die schlechte Qualität gibt es nur zwei Sterne.

Generally I’m really happy with the breeches. The fabric is a lot thicker than anticipated but not at all too warm or something. Also, they are longer than normal but have easy adjustment options if needed. Being tall its perfect length! The only downside is the fabric in black shows dust etc. really fast and then the color fades a bit. They are easy to wipe down and stay good afger washing but you see dirt on them fast.
