These are much thinner than any other protectors, and it makes a huge difference. You just have to make sure that you remove your insole before putting them in. Just put them in until they feel snug and then put the insole back in. It may cover some of the protector, this is normal. I have used these in several different reteos, AF1s, and dunks, they have been perfect for every shoe. I usually have to take my shoe off and readjust my protector, i have never had to do that with these. They stay in place and are comfortable enough for all day wear. These are the best protectors that I've ever used by far. They aren't painful after a short time like hard, thick plastic protectors. They also don't smother or crush your feet like memory foam protectors do. Definitely buy these, you won't be disappointed.
