We're purchasing another print core since we seem to have problems with clogs and PVA filament in our Ultimakers though I think this is more of a user error than a problem with the print core. It works great when it's not clogged :) We purchase all supplies for our 3D printers through 3D Universe and they have excellent products, customer service, and shipping times.
