When I found out I needed to avoid gluten, breakfast was a challenge. After trying numerous flours I found Premium Gold and now I keep both the flour and waffle mix on hand. Waffles I make and freeze for the week. Frequently make pizza, cakes, and just made cupcakes. They all work for me. The flax in the ingredients allows me to make these vegan since I am also allergic to egg whites.
