Smell is very strong

The smell is very strong. I know essential oils very well, and I don't think that's what it is at all. It's certainly not green tea essential oil. The pillow smells like synthetic laundry detergent. Since I can't return it, I'll just hope the smell disappears. And I can't use this pillow while this strong scent remains. I'm so disappointed, especially at this price.

Not the best quality i tried

Smaller and not thick enough then expected, sadly not very firm.

Too soft

Pillow turns into a pancake when I rest my head upon it, way too soft
