Light Blue Richelieu Short Sleeve Blouse

This top was adorable except for the sleeves. They were too blousy and short. Sadly i had to return it because of that. I dont know who is doing their designing now but almost all their tops the sleeves are too wide. This is 2nd top ive had to return in as many weeks.
