Water Tank

Fast shipping from this company. The product is okay. Although I have treated my matic robot very gently and gingerly, but this is the second time that the lid has cracked and broken. I don't know if it's the heat from the vacuum cleaning itself. But this is the second time I had to buy a ball. I have contacted maddock in themselves to see if there is a problem with the product

The water tank arrived cracked and was unusable, I requested a replacement and I never got a response. Please work on your customer service.
