Not what I expected from Selkirk or a "pro" ball

I'm stuck with this case of balls now it seems, because the terms of sale won't allow returns/refunds on discounted items, but the balls are not round out of the box!!! I read reviews that the balls lose shape after play, despite being durable, but they're clearly wobbling in the air right out of the box just from a hand toss and spin, so the flight and bounce are inconsistent. Did I get a defective batch of balls? Selkirk seems like they won't offer a remedy either, though they seemed open to offering something if the balls were cracked despite being in Canada. I suspect the agent didn't know I'm in Canada when suggesting I apply for a refund at this point. Should I crack them and see what happens?
