Sturdy bottle

Dropped my bottle and it didn't break, but the cap did. So I ordered a replacement cap. Very glad this is an option and hopefully this one will last longer.

Exactly what it says it is

After my bottle fell onto a concrete gym floor and the cap shattered (but the bottle itself was fine!), I needed a new cap for the bottle. This is that! It works! I'm very glad I don't have to replace the whole bottle and can just buy a new cap.

Cap replacement fix and perfect customer service

My bottle cap broke accidentally after a small knock. I contacted the customer service team who were extremely helpful and organised a replacement cap. It fixed my bottle to new again. I truly have never interacted with a customer service team who were better than this. They were polite, professional and fixed the problem! You can't ask for more. Many thanks!
