BN Creatine Monohydrate - 100% Micronised Powder

Have recently commenced using in the last 2 months . I think I am starting to feel the effects with being cognitively clearer. Can’t say I have noticed any improvement in energy levels at this point , however I am positive that this will occur . Dissolves well in my protein shake & Yoguht. I can taste it in my coffee however so give that a miss.
