Love the product. Hate your customer service. I still have a 400.00 order that had an arrival date of the 27th of May. Tomorrow is the 1st of June. Ive jave left several voicemails witjin your business hours. I called REPEATEDLY every day last week and was sent to VM every department I tried. I dont care how busy you are. You ALWAYS make tike for your customers especially when they have/are spending a lot of money with you. I also left an email with customer service as well which i have still yet to receive any response. I clarified in my last voicemail to you guys on Thursday that if I was not called back by the end of business day that I will report you to the Better Business Bureau. That has been done. I will call them back Tuesday again if I don’t hear from you tomorrow. Not only do I have 400 and some odd dollars hanging in the air with you. I now have had to spend $350 to purchase replacements on Amazon. I really hope and expect to hear something from you tomorrow.

Very disappointed with our recent experience. Tossware changed the rim size of their cups without any clear notice, which caused a major issue for us during a large event. The lids we had previously purchased no longer fit, leaving us with a large amount of unusable inventory that we cannot return. This put us in a very difficult position in front of our customers and resulted in a financial loss for our business. We reached out to customer service, but no meaningful solution or support was offered. As a small business, this was extremely frustrating and avoidable with better communication. I expected much better from Tossware.
