The Vicino Burgundy Leather Belt

This is my fourth belt from your company and the first three were wonderful. I have already written an email complaint to your company. After much anticipation I was thoroughly disappointed in this item. It is not leather, it is some kind of a material which is very unattractive. It looks cheap and gaudy and I probably will not even wear it. It also arrived with the buckle on backwards and when I tried to adjust the clasp I was afraid it would break. I took it to three places in Manhattan to try to get it fixed. The third place was willing to do it but had to detach the buckle, turn it around and then resew it at the coast of $35. So I basically paid about $180 for a belt that I don't even like and will probably not use. I will not be ordering anything else from your company. It is outrageous that a belt arrives with the buckle on backwards for the prices that you are charging
