Love the size and style of the double-insulated walls but the bottom silicone piece shifts and isn't always flat. Also, the straw hole silicone piece regularly pops out when the straw is pushed through it. Other than those 2 annoyances, I love this cup and it's what I'd call *almost* perfect!

I love the cup - it’s glassy (love the minimal plastic parts) and classy! Downsides: The tumbler has a little silicone piece around the straw opening that helps keep the straw snug, but I’ve noticed it often pops in or out depending on which way I’m inserting the straw - it’s a little annoying having to put it back so often. My other suggestion would be a slightly larger size - around 20 oz would be ideal. I have to drink down a bit of my coffee before I can add enough ice. A slightly bigger size would be perfect for ice!

Love the double wall so my cup doesn't sweat, and the cup size is good. The straw feels cheap, and when I push it in, the silicone spout falls into the cup, which is annoying.
