Ember Cold Tumbler

It was a gift just given yesterday. No time as yet to try out but the comment was that it looked impressive quality.

I keep getting condensation on the outside and inside in between the glass. Not sure if I’m doing anything wrong. Keeps my drink cold though.

It tips over and spill all the time, I do not like it at all. Does not work for me. The bottom needs to be shape more square
