This is the first negative review I've ever left, but I feel other customers should know about my experience with ASARAI. I placed an order for over $180, but my package never arrived. After weeks of repeatedly cycling through the same USPS facility, the Postal Service confirmed that the package was lost. I contacted ASARAI and have since sent at least four emails requesting assistance. I have not received a single response from customer service. The only emails I've received from the company have been promotional emails and, ironically, an email asking me to leave a review. I understand that shipping carriers sometimes lose packages. That's unfortunate, but it happens. What prompted this review is ASARAI's complete lack of customer service. A lost package can be replaced. Ignoring a customer after multiple attempts to make contact is far more concerning. I'm still willing to update or remove this review if ASARAI responds and resolves the issue. Until then, I cannot recommend ordering from this company.
