The Lady Shake Dessert Mousse

This is a great protein mousse. I went looking for a powdered protein pudding mix because buying the cups was no longer affordable. This scratches that itch. I started mixing a double batch, but have found that my sugar cravings have reduced as I've used it. Definitely leave it sit for a few minutes, whether you are refrigerating it or not
