This company has HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered two dress in two sizes (so 4 dresses total) all full price, not on sale or clearance. They give you a discount code for new customers, and since the dresses are VERY uncomfortable and poorly made, I asked to return them all for a full refund (according to their website policy). Well, because they give every new customer a discount code for the entire order, they are no longer going to give me a refund. I’m out over $800 because they scammed me saying a discount code makes the dresses ineligible for a full refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND THESE CHEAP LOOKING DRESSES.
