i am impressed with the quality and functionality. but i do have one complaint. i have the base mount permanently mounted on my UTV. when we remove the camera at the end of the day, i loosen the ball screw and it doesn't release the ball. you almost have to dissemble the ball holder completely to remove it from the permanent mount. i have a RAM mount that holds my navigation tablet an that doesn't happen. its a lil frustrating but i own it now and will deal with it thank you krisk
