This is the perfect companion for sushi. It has the savory flavor of soy sauce with the sweetness of ponzu (they use lemon and lime instead of yuzu), and enough heat that you don't really need to add wasabi. Unlike a traditional soy/ponzu sauce, this stuff is much thicker, so it can better coat foods. The depth of flavor is impressive. A truly delicious sauce for any Asian cuisine.
