More Than Amazing Jewelry — An Incredible Experience
I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this bracelet or about Gina and Close By Me Jewelry. The bracelet itself is beautiful and exceptionally well made, but what makes this company so special is the care behind it.
From beginning to end, the entire experience felt incredibly personal. The packaging was upscale, professional, and thoughtfully done, and Gina’s communication is second to none. She was quick to respond to every question and, more importantly, you can tell she genuinely cares about her customers, the loved ones whose ashes have been entrusted to her, and what these pieces will mean to the people who receive them. She has such a big heart, and that comes through in every part of the experience.
I purchased the leather bracelet for my husband, who is very much a “macho man” and definitely not a bracelet guy. It could not have been more perfect for him. It’s masculine, understated, fashionable without being flashy, and beautifully made. Most importantly, it allows him to carry someone incredibly meaningful to him everywhere he goes. He wears it every single day—which says everything, considering he would normally never wear a bracelet.
