The silicone started to crack shortly after use. I reached out to customer service and they said it was unusual and that they would send another one but that was never received.

Better Than I Thought
I wanted a slow feeder insert to put in my dogs dish and when I saw this I decided to give it a try. I was skeptical that this would do the trick or that it was well made but let me assure you it is. We tried other slow feeders and found that they weren’t heavy enough or well made. This insert allows us to use her own dish. It’s easy to take out to clean as well as to clean the dish.
It has really helped slow down our lovely girl with her eating. So worth every penny.
I highly recommend this insert.
