This is an amazing book of artwork. The only other cookbook you will ever find with this fabulous artwork and researched recipes is Marcella’s other book. I am amazed by the wealth of food illustrations, recipes and information contained. The only other way to gain this information would be to do the traveling and form the relationships that Marcella did to create this book. The talent and creativity that went into this creation is unique. I am very fortunate to have learned about this book and had the opportunity to purchase it. It’s humbling to encounter this level of ability and imagination in a young woman. I don’t travel but Marcella’s travels and food research deliver an experience from distant countries I can enjoy at home.
