Monin Brown Butter Toffee Syrup

A bit quirkier than a traditional Toffee Syrup

CoffeeAddicts gets 5/5 for packaging - item was fully covered in bubble wrapped and was at minimal risk of damage. Purchased on a whim because Lavender (my favourite Monin syrup) wasn't stocked yet and I wanted to hit free shipping. I was hoping it would make for a good substitute for at home Toffee Nut Lattes, though this was before I saw that Monin offers a traditional Toffee Nut Syrup as well. The toffee sweetness is solid, but the brown butter flavour was described by my wife as a strange aftertaste. It may work great for a buttered rum-style coffee drink, but sadly we'll be giving our bottle away.
