Cool product, but I wish it worked better on textured surfaces!

Nice stud finder just wish the back of the unit had a softer backing to prevent scratching on wall

Makes it easy to find studs, wires, and pipes in the wall and is accurate enough to put a screw into a joist when required. I havent used it to find animal activity in a wall so I can’t comment on that use case I wish the app didn’t disconnect every time the phone sleeps (and require a calibrarion every time it reconnects) but its a small nuisance in an otherwise great product.
