Well built ebike

The ADO AIR28 arrived very quickly after ordering. Arrived very well packaged and wasn't too difficult to assemble. Patchy instructions in booklet, learnt much more watching YouTube videos. My biggest complaint is that I ordered a version with a throttle but it did not arrive with the bike. After several emails it became apparent that it was arriving separately and from China. It took 3 weeks to arrive, which was very annoying. Why sell a bike and then one of the vital parts doesn't arrive for ages. And why not make this clear when placing an order?
