Very disappointed and the Dalton boots

Well, actually when I receive the boots, I was incredibly disappointed they were damaged. They weren’t the right color. The craftsman ship was horrendous so I reached out to your organization. Talk to a young gentleman there by the name of Hunter and I’m in the process of returning the boots they’ve already been sent by FedEx back to you guys and at the same time I found a different pair of boots that I bought from you guys and I’m waiting on their arrival although I was terribly disappointed in the Dalton’s I was told you were discontinuing those boots. I can’t tell you how refreshing it was that the young man Hunter stepped up sent me a label to have them returned and worked out the whole situation to my satisfaction. I appreciate this because I’m a big boot guy and lots and lots of beats like 23 pair they are blackjack and Lucchese’s and I do own that I’ve got from you over a month ago a pair of wonderful boots and I was very pleased with those boots and that’s why I bought the other pair but with the other pair got there it was just terribly disappointing, but again I want to reiterate that the young man that works for your company worked very hard to resolve it and I’m very appreciative at this point. I feel very content insane that I will remain a client of your company. Thank you for reaching out.

Second pair I've purchased. The stitching on the shaft pops just as much as the color and texture of the vamp. This is a quality boot at a price point that if you haven't pulled the trigger on... you should!!
