Did what we needed it to for my son to March in a parade with his tuba. Very adjustable, and relatively comfortable. Great product

Sags over time, rip in front

I really enjoyed using this harness for about a month, but the build quality and security just isn't reliable. The front part of the pouch has a tear on the outer layer that continues to grow larger over time, and eventually will make the bag unsafe to have my tuba in. Also, as time passes the straps gradually get lower. I just performed a full standing recital with this harness, and while it was fantastic at first, by the last movement of the first piece is was significantly lower than where it started. While the design is great and enables standing, it doesn't hold well over time. I've only had the harness for about a month now.

I made a few mistakes in the ordering process, and Frank did an amazing job of making sure that I got what I was actually looking for. The product seems great, but the customer service is next to none.
