Gorgeous dress but sizing chart isn’t accurate

After reviewing the sizing chart, I determined I was a large. I’m 5’3-4 150lbs. I even emailed the customer service team and gave them my exact measurements to confirm that I should order a large because I’m not a normal large in anything. They said yes. Once I received the dress over a month later, it was huge. I had to spend $80 to have the alterations rushed so that I would have it in time for my trip.
