YOWOS Aether Shelf No.1

It’s a nice shelf, great colors and aesthetic. Assembly was straightforward, but a bit tedious. That’s to be expected since each shelf is multiple pieces to put together, then actually assembling the shelf. Shipping was my biggest issue. Per their website, this was set implied to be 2-7 business days. I ordered mine July 2nd, and it was delivered July 30th. It shipped quickly, but when i didn’t receive trackjng updates for a while i reached out to support. I was told that it was coming direcrly from their overseas warehouse, and the actual shipping time frame was 15-29 business days (Estimated delivery August 3rd). This wasn’t stated on the website or product page at all. That dropped it to a 3 star, but the speedy reply and explanation from their customer service team brought it to 4 stars. Overall, i’m content. If i ordered again, it’d be with the expectation that it could take a month to arrive, no matter what their shipping policy states.
