Player+ GPS Speaker

Extremely disappointed with both the product and customer service. The yardage display never worked despite multiple app restarts. The battery showed 100% when charged, but dropped to 75% immediately and died before finishing 18 holes, far from the advertised 10 hours. The “advanced analytics” package was unusable, repeatedly prompting me to purchase a subscription even after activating the 1-year free trial. Frustrated, I returned the device, but the process was exhausting, two weeks and a dozen emails later I was finally approved, only to learn I had to pay for return shipping. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. Would not recommend unless you want an overpriced magnetic speaker.

I got this for my fiance for his birthday and he was so excited when he opened it!

Speaker wasn't connecting to my phone to show yardage but was able to connect to play music. The team at Bluetees attempted to troubleshoot and nothing worked, so they offered to replace my speaker. Before I did the replacement, I upgraded my iPhone 14 to an iPhone 17, and tried to connect it to the new phone and the yardage feature could connect and worked.
