Caramelized Black Garlic Paste - 500g Chef’s Pack

I haven’t used the caramelised black garlic but I sent some to a friend in Canada as part of last year’s Christmas package of yummy things from the Antipodes. She is absolutely a fan and tells me it is her new favourite thing to use when cooking her pork chops! This chefs pack will be going in this year’s Christmas package to Canada along with the pack of plain black garlic.

Hi ,really like your black garlic,just a nice subtle taste.the only thing I was slightly surprised about was the plastic container the 500 gram one came in.i have recently moved away from storing edible products in plastic,because of the way theyaccumulate in our bodies. Would be great to see your 500 gram option in a glass jar ,like the original 50 gram is in.
